Penny Milton has called Regina home for over 30 years. She began her Real Estate career in 1994 and has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. She specializes in relocations and residential sales of all types.

Penny prides herself on providing her clients with more than enough information to make well-informed decisions. Every detail of your transaction, from paperwork, advertising and negotiations, to inspections, appraisals and possession, is handled with meticulous care.

Penny is committed to assisting you with your total property needs, and whether its buying, selling, investing or relocating, she is continually striving to not only meet, but exceed her clients expectations. She is innovative in her approach to real estate and constantly looking for more effective and efficient ways of doing business. A passion for decorating led Penny to also pursue a home staging certificate and she can now offer her clients that something extra.

In her spare time Penny enjoys traveling, golfing, & spending time with her husband, family & friends. She loves animals and also enjoys spending as much time as possible with her spoiled little dog Spencer.
