It happened like this� Over a coffee, Penny and Debbie shared their challenges in the real estate business, and they agreed that a real estate agent and their buyers/sellers could benefit from an agent team relationship. The challenge, of course, that of time, availability, and on-going technology. They believed the weakness of one would be complimented by the other, and therefore strengthened.
