"When we decided to list our house in Regina (approx. a 1700 sq.ft. bungalow) we notified Penny of our intentions (however, we were not aware of the timing as we did not know when we were leaving Regina as it could have been within the next 2 years). Penny did her homework and did what I call a "realistic market evaluation" of our home. No "inflated price" to get the listing. After we had made an offer for a house in Alberta (conditional upon our Regina house selling) we contacted Penny and told her we wanted to meet with her to list the house. Penny really now did her homework, we met and I was totally satisfied with her proposal for listing the house. After listing the house, Penny brought a buyer to us within one hour. The rest was history. Had we listed the house higher, we would probably still be living in Regina.
